SixSip Makes a Splash in Chicago with a Riverfront Debut
To celebrate the launch of Phillips Distilling’s newest ready-to-drink creation, we took to the water, literally. On June 6, SixSip set sail on the iconic Chicago River, transforming a Duffy boat into a floating brand experience designed to stop traffic and turn heads on the Riverwalk. Outfitted with custom awnings, branded buoys, stocked coolers, and even cheeky captain hats, the SixSip boat cruised the river offering free rides and refreshing samples to lucky passersby.

But the fun didn’t stop at the dock. Nearby, we popped up a one-of-a-kind sampling moment inside a local bar - complete with a mini boat turned cooler - giving SixSip multiple, memorable touch points along the waterway.
With two full days of sips, swag, and smooth sailing, the launch reached an estimated 70,000+ brand impressions and kicked off summer with the bold, breezy energy that SixSip was made for.
