Throughout the building, Roundel’s five key sponsorship installations ensured their presence was seen, felt, and remembered. A bustling waiting area transformed into a serene escape, featuring vibrant brand messaging, a lush plant wall, and immersive touch points. As attendees queued for the main stage, they engaged with branded notebooks, insightful messaging, and QR codes, seamlessly blending inspiration with interaction.
On the lower level, the Roundel meeting room became a must-visit lounge where attendees recharged with Target-brand snacks, connected with the sales team, and walked away with one of 5,000+ coveted giveaways, a tangible reminder of Roundel’s impact.
With over 17,000 attendees reached, Roundel turned Advertising Week into a showcase of smart design, seamless integration, and meaningful engagement - proving that the best media experiences aren’t just seen, they’re felt.
