To launch Vivid Seats’ inaugural 10/11 National Fan Day, our team dreamed up and produced a press-worthy, fan-fueled takeover of Times Square—bringing the energy of live events to the heart of NYC in a way only Vivid Seats could.

At the center of the buzz? An electrifying pop-up concert by Betty Who, drawing in fans and passersby for an unforgettable 20-minute set. Meanwhile, our custom-designed Vivid Seats merch booth kept the excitement going with live screen-printed vintage concert tees, gift cards, and exclusive Polaroids with coupon codes—turning every giveaway into a moment worth sharing.

With 3,883 giveaways distributed and 35,000 passersbys catching the action, we helped Vivid Seats make a bold statement: the best live event experiences start before the ticket is even scanned.
